Bianco Structural Steel is accredited to AS/NZS ISO 9001:2000 to effectively meet all contractual and manufacturing requirements, covering “Welding standard AS1554 and Steel Structures standard AS4100” through to various Defence and Mining specified standards. We have an ongoing commitment to this Quality Assurance program and ensure that our Quality policy is understood, implemented and maintained at all levels of the organisation. Our commitment to quality includes: • staff training and motivation • a documented quality process • continued analysis of systems and products • implementation of contingency processes • monitoring of customer satisfaction The Bianco Structural Steel Quality Assurance department team has over 70 years of combined experience in the steel industry. This wealth of knowledge and experience gives us a solid foundation from which we create and implement all our Quality Assurance documents and procedures. Tasks within every department (such as Estimating, Drafting, Project Management, Production) have a risk assessment completed against them to identify and minimise possible risk of injury. A documented Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) is created for each task to capture and standardise best practice. The Quality Assurance department provides our customers with reporting tools such as Manufacturers Data Reports (MDR’s) containing the following information: - Quality Plans

Bianco has a strong safety culture made possible by our dedicated team who use the latest Risk management System (QHSE Integrated Solutions) combined with a robust auditing system to minimise risk to all. Bianco is accredited with the Safety Achiever Business Scheme (SABS) - one of only 7 companies in South Australia to have achieved this. It demonstrates our commitment to high industry safety standards. Bianco has also achieved certification AS/NZS 4801:2001 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems. This represents our company’s aim to keep all employees, contractors and visitors safe from injury and harm.
Our staff is fully trained in effective hazard identification and elimination. Where elimination is not possible, we implement changes to reduce risks. Our employees are obliged to report incidents and any unsafe practices or procedures. Should injury to a staff member occur, our injury management process ensures they have a safe and productive return to the workforce.
