Bremfix Styfree Epoxy

Hydrepoxy 501 is a two component water based epoxy specialy designed for applications in wet areas for bonding a wide range of materials including; bonding fibrecement board in wet areas, waterproofing adhesives in bonding of flashings such as hypalon rubber,k fibre cement, rigind PVS or galvanized surfaces.

Hydrepoxy 256 is a two component water based epoxy polyamide unpigmented sealer and admixture for cement based materials. Intended uses include; waterproof sealing for; concrete, masonary, brickwork, fibre cement, plywood and particle board, bond coating prior to application of other coatings or systems that are non-porous or possibly contaminated.

HYDREPOXY 300

Hydrepoxy 300 is a two component water based epoxy polyamide membrane and barrier coat. The product intended uses include; creating a waterproof barrier in basements, tunnels, lift wells, retaining walls and car parks and as a waterproofing membrane barrier in tankage applications and seal coating over damp concrete surfaces either as an internal finish coating or prior to over coating with other coatings.

MEGAPOXY EPOXY PASTE P1

Megapoxy p1 is a two part epoxy paste. The product is easy to use on a wide range of applications. Used for bonding substrates including; metal to metal or concrete, precast concrete articles, grouting bolts. When used for filling and repairs substrates including; concrete pipes and tanks, concrete columns, fulsh-filling countersunck screws into fibre cement sheet and fibreglass articles.

WEBAC 6000 QUICK FIX

 Webac Quick Fix 6000 is successful in the repair of concrete, uses include; rebuilding control joints, repairs on cracks and floors and traffic area spalls, it also aids in grade matching and bonding concrete slabs. There are multiple advantages of using this two-part product such as; fast setting, application can go ahead at temperatures as low as 0 degrees, self levelling and high strength produced quickly.

WEBAC 6500 UNIVERSAL POLYUREA

Webac 6500 is a two component flexible joint repair and spray system that can be used on a wide range of applications including; filling cracks, damaged control joints or new construction joints on horizontal concrete. This two-part system is designed specifically for industrial floor applications which receive heavy vehicle traffic such as; fork lifts or steel wheeles carts. The product is highly flexible allowing small slab movement, yet strong enough to protect the vertical edges of concrete stoppping spalling under extreme loading.

MAXBOND ADHESIVE

Fuller's Max Bond PVA is a carpenters wood glue of professional quality. Designed for; joinery, cabinet and furniture making, laminating, veneering and craft work. The PVA is crosslinking, water resistant, sandable, contains high solids, high viscosity and is soak resistant. Maxbond PVA can be used to bond; particle board, plywood, particleboard, concrete and fabric and dries a clear and of high strength. Most oil based stains are accepted and is easily cleaned up with water.

Fullaprene 303 forms a tough, water and UV resistant, long lasting seal that bonds to a large majority of substrates including; aluminum, zincalume, most treated and untreated metals.

Powerstick delivers high bond strength and superior flexibility. Powerstick's unique formula does not shrink and can be applied to wet surfaces. The formula is virtually odorless and has excellent UV resistance, is able to be painted and can be applied to most substrates.

Ultraset is a flexible, one component moisture curing polyurethane timber flooring adhesive. The product adheres to most types of wood, parquet, strip and sheet timber flooring systems to leveled concrete and timber substrates, or over existing floors.

RAPID GRIP CONTACT ADHESIVE

Rapid grip liquid is a low viscosity, general purpose adhesive. Used to bond melamine to particle board, plywood, MDF board and masonite. This product spreads easily and has a strong, fast setting bond. Rapid Grip is both heat and water resistant.

SEAL N FLEX 1

Bostik Seal n flex 1 is a one part polyurethane sealant. Once cured capable of cyclic expansion and compression movement of 50% (+25% of the original joint width). The product can be used for waterproof sealing of expansion joints in brick and block work, concrete, natural stone and around doors and window frames, also metal to metal sealing of roofing, metal fabrications, air conditioning ducting and heavy vehicle body building.

Emer-Seal CR 

Emer-Seal CR is a highly chemical resistant, fast curing, once component joint sealant. The sealant is applied with a gun and is non sag. Once cured, EmerSeal CR is resistant to attack from chemicals used in the food, mining and chemical processing industry. Advantages of using Emer-Seal CR include; fast curing rate, resistance to; chlorine, salt water and ozone treatment.

Gap Filler is a premium quality filler, designed for general purpose gap filling in domestic areas. The filler is flexible for years and easy to apply.

BOSTIK COLOUR SEAL

Bostik colour seal is a high performance acarylic gap filler and joint sealant. The product is highly flexible (20-25%) and is mildew and fungal resistant, both internal and external applications are accepted along with vertical and horizontal. Recommended uses include; bathrooms, kitchens, laundries, sealing gaps in plasterboard, brickwork, timber, concrete, cement sheet, ceramic tiles and window and door perimeter. Colour seal may be painted with conventional available paints.

Fullers ultra clear sealant is a flexible , water based sealant which is clear in the dry state. The product will not interfere with plastics or metals and is multi-purpose. Bostik Firecaulk is azn acrylic/water based sealant designed for sealing internal joints and wall penetrations subject to low movement that requite up to 4 hours fire rating compliance. Firecaaulk can be used to seal insitu concrete and precast internal jointing, block and brickwork joints, penetration and wall void filling and plasterboard systems.
It can also be used as an acoustic gap filler.

Bostik Fireban One is a one component fire rated polyurethane sealant. Once applied, fireban 1 sealant forms an elastomeric weatherproof fire rated seal. Uses include; sealing joints in expansion and construction joints in precast and insitu concrete, block and brick work and sealing joints that require acoustic rating performance.

MASTERFLEX 250 FIRE RATED JOINT SEALANT

Masterflex 250 is an acrylic based fire rated joint sealant. Masterflex 250 has a one to four hour fire seal, is one-component and is flexible. Complying with AS1530.4-1997 which is a fire resistance test of elements of building construction. Masterflex 250 is recommended for sealing joints and gaps in fire rated walls and floors constructed from concrete, masonary and plaster board, penetrations for conduits, cable ducts, piping and communication cabling.

James Hardies joint sealant is a durable polyutethane sealant that is recommended for both external cladding and internal lining. The product is paintable, easily applicated and has excellent adhesion properties.

Bostik expanda foam is easily installed and expands to fill the gap of all dimensions in hard to reach places. Expanda foam is successful in reducing; dust, noise, draught and rodents entering. The product is also able to aid in insulation and has powerful adhesion properties including; timber, brick, concrete, galvanized steel, aluminum, glass, fibre cement and plasterboard.

FIRE RETARDANT EXPANDA FOAM

Foam Fire Retardant is a fire resistant, polyurethane, expanding foam. The foam provides varying levels of fire resistance depending on joint widths and depths. Expanda foam does not shrink and can be cut and painted.

EXPANDA TRIGGER FOAM

TriggerFoam is a one-part polyurethane expanding foam that sets and cures into final form by reacting to moisture and humidity that is present in air. The exceptional ability that trigger foam has to bond allows the product to be applied to a wide range of substrates including; concrete, brick, block, wood, steel, aluminum and other metals. No CFC's are present in the trigger foam, making it a safer options.

Selleys Plasti-Bond heavy duty is a 2 part plastic putty that is designed for filling, bonding and moulding. Once the hardener is added, the product sets within 20 minutes, without shrinkage. Plast-bond is naturally off-white in colour, however can be coloured with the addition of oxides or paint tinters. The putty is suitable for use with; metal, wood, brick, fibro, fibreglass, tiles/ceramics and alloys.

Deckgrip is a non-slip, durable, permanently flexible coating for foot trafficable areas. Uses include; decks, patios, stairs, walkways, pool surrounds, factories and boat decks.
