Densopol 60 Tape

Densopol 60 is primarily used on above ground, buried and submarine line pipe, welds, bends and fittings. The product has a self-adhesive polymer bitumen mastic layer, which provides self-sealing joints at the end of roll overlaps and is highly resistant to cathodic disbondment.

Denso Multi Purpose Primer

Denso Multi Purpose primer incorporates a blend of neutral petroleum based compounds, inert siliceous fillers and inhibitors. The primer is used on imperfect surfaces as filler for the preparation of metal surfaces prior to using denso mastic or wrapping with denso tapes.

Jute Pins

Bitac Tape

Bitac Tape is a high strength multi-laminate tape designed to controls crack reflection in Road paving seals joints of concrete roads & culverts. Bitac is unrolled removing the release paper. Bitac strips are compressed to form the shape of the surface and strips are rolled firmly into place to ensure a positive bond.

Gabions

Gabions are rectangular woven wire mesh baskets filled with rock to form flexible, permeable, monolithic structures such as retaining walls for commercial, industrial and road projects. They are also used for erosion control, bank stabilisation,
architectural and urban design features, noise attenuation structures and weirs. The woven wire mesh can either be Galmac (95% Zinc 5% Aluminium Mischmetal Alloy) Coated or Galmac coated with an additional PVC coating if required depending on the Requirements and applications.

Reno Mattresses

Lacing Rings

These high strength rings, are loaded into the pneumatic lacing tool and are deployed as fast as the trigger is pulled. They are used for both the Assembly of individual units and connection between adjacent units. To meet the minimum strength requirements of Wire mesh connections as Specified in ASTM A975 – 97, the rings are spaced 10-15cm apart.

Inspection Opening

Water Stops

A waterstop is an element of a concrete structure, intended to prevent the passages of fluids such as water when embedded in and running continuously through concrete joints. Hydrophilic water stops can only be effective if they are allowed to swell: therefore, a moisture source must be present to activate the hydrophilic agent. Initial leaking is possible until the waterstop expands to seal the joint.

Damp Cure

Dribond DAMP CURE is a siloxane/solvent based material that is injected into the masonry to form a new damp proofing course. Damp Cure lines the masonry Pores but does not actually block them entirely, allowing the masonry to “breathe” which facilitates rapid drying out of the affected masonry. Once cured, DAMP CURE Causes a change in the interfacial tension (measured by the contact angle) between the Capillary wall and the water preventing water entering the new barrier.
