Formflex

Formflex is a closed cell, cross linked polyethylene foam recommended tobe used in all expansion joints to prevent water and foreignmatter from entering the joint.  Rolls are available in 25m rolls and are10mmthick.

Damp course

A black embossed polythene damp-proof course used as a waterproof membrane to stop rising damp. Available in 50m rolls.

Hydrochloric acid

Hydrochloric acid is available for cleaning bricks and for removing cement.

Barrell Kleen Safe

Barrell Kleen Safe removes concrete splash and cement dustresidues from vehicles and other surfaces suchas pre-mix concrete agitators, level screeders and concrete pumps.

It is a concentrated compound and is designed to be diluted with water prior to use.

It performs like a strong acid but is non-corrosive to skin and most metals.

Classified by the criteria of Worksafe Australia as non-hazardous.

Mortar additives

CALAIR

CEMENTAID CALAIR gives aplastic, workable mix (without lime) whichremains soft and useable for several hours in the batch but setsquickly as soon as laid in brickwork.  Available in clear and dark. 

CALCLEAR

CEMENTAID CALCLEAR is a clear dampcourse admixture which provides permanent resistance to rising damp in mortar courses in all brick work.  Calclear does not cause colour change to mortar. 

CALBLACK

CEMENTAID CALBLACK is a damp-proofing admixture for brick mortar.  It produces a dense black mortar, permanently proofed against rising damp-protection which out lasts the life of normal brickwork.

Electrical meter boxes

Electrical DIN rail meterboxes are available rebated ornonrebated.  They are suited for houses with gas, electric, or combined hot water service.

Lead flashing

Various sizes of lead for flashing and damp proofing for internal, concealed and external applications.

Door frames

Steel door frames are available in a range of sizes.

Available in 95mm and 114mm throat & door widths of 720mm, 820mm, & 920mm.  We can also arrange to manufacture to customer requirements.
